After I finish my tea I'm going to try running 7 miles today. I say try because my knee might still be a little tender. That's what I would have ran this morning at practice if I didn't over sleep. Here's my excuse: My roommate forgot his keys at work and his jacket caught on fire so I had to wait up really late to buzz him in. I did try to sleep lightly but that was bad sleep.
Cynthea showed me exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee. only I keep forgetting them. I need an exercise buddy....this is giving me an idea.

Here's a picture of my middle school track in Ark City. This is usually the place I imagine while watching the red triangle circle the distance counter on the treadmill. There are no trains at the gym:(
